For a little about me: I’m an animal lover (that’s Hershey, our chocolate lab in the pic!), tea enthusiast and Freedom Lifestyle Coach who lives in the Cayman Islands. I’m also a medical doctor, former health insurance executive, speaker, wellness consultant and double-certified life coach. I absolutely adore traveling and I am usually on a plane every 6 weeks to a new city or destination. I love that I can run my business and serve my clients from anywhere with wifi. Sometimes you’ll see me working from the airport, the plane, a gorgeous hotel lobby, or even from the beach!

And the best part? Having the time and energy to spend with my family, friends and fitness.
